The Collegiate is our flagship ground-up, watch-it-come-to-life build, a mountain home taking shape on a forested lot in Buena Vista, opened to the valley and tucked into the grade. We document every Colarelli build monthly with drone and on-site photography from a fixed anchor point, so a home can be watched coming out of the ground, stage by stage, from the very first day on site.
